How much does delivery cost
Our delivery rates are not included in the price of the JinGin.


Delivery Time
We aim to process orders and have them ready for despatch within 48 working hours of receipt. However, depending on the seasonality of demand and our workload order processing can take up to 3 to 4 working days.
If we are knowingly out of stock of an item this will be shown on the product information page with an estimated date for stock replenishment.

Receiving your parcel
For items sent by courier you should ideally be able to sign for the consignment upon receipt.
If our courier is unable to deliver your parcel they will leave a card with instructions to contact your local depot so that you can arrange a re-delivery or collection. If you do not respond the parcel will eventually be returned to us and will have to be re-sent, incurring a further delivery charge.
